Startup has no expiry, no card and no bed limit. Hospitals run on it permanently and never speak to us about money. We would rather be the system you already use when you eventually need a ward module.
No per-user fee, ever
Add every doctor, nurse, receptionist and technician. Most vendors charge ₹500–2,000 per user per month — for fifty staff that is ₹3–12 lakh a year on top of the licence.
ABDM is included, not an add-on
M1, M2 and M3 are in the free plan. Legacy vendors sell ABDM compliance as a separate module on top of the base price.

Is Startup really free, or free for a while?
Free, with no end date. There is no card to enter, no bed limit and no countdown. Hospitals run their OPD on it permanently without ever paying us anything, and that is a normal outcome, not a loophole.
Then how do you make money?
From hospitals that outgrow it. A clinic that starts free and later opens a ward, files PM-JAY claims or adds a blood bank comes to us for those modules — by which point their patients, stock and history are already in the system. We would rather be the software you already use than the quote you are still comparing.
Is there a catch on users?
No. Staff logins are free on both plans — every doctor, nurse, receptionist, technician and accountant. Most vendors in this market charge ₹500–2,000 per user per month, which for a fifty-person hospital is ₹3–12 lakh a year on top of the licence.
Is ABDM included in the free plan?
Yes — all of it. ABHA creation and linking, sharing records to ABHA and fetching patient history are in Startup, along with the consent manager and audit trail. ABDM is not an add-on here, which is the usual way it is sold.
When do we actually need Customize?
When you admit patients rather than only consult them. IPD and ward management, emergency, radiology, blood bank, PM-JAY and TPA claims, HR and payroll, multi-branch and integrations sit in Customize. If you run an OPD-led clinic, Startup is the whole system.
How is Customize priced?
Per hospital, by the modules you switch on — not by a tier you half use. Tell us which departments you run and we quote a single annual figure for those. Nothing turns on silently and nothing is billed that you did not ask for.
What does it cost to move off our current software?
Nothing, on either plan. Patients, visits, stock and outstanding balances are migrated by us, and your staff are trained on your own configuration. Elsewhere this is quoted at ₹50,000 to ₹5 lakh, plus a separate onboarding fee.
Where does our data live?
In Indian data centres, in a database of your own. Every hospital gets a separate database rather than sharing one table with a hospital column in it, so your records never sit beside another hospital’s.
Is GST included?
Startup is free, so there is nothing to tax. Customize quotes are exclusive of GST, applicable at 18%.
How can we pay?
For Customize: UPI, NEFT/RTGS, credit and debit cards, and cheque for annual plans.
