The problem we saw
India's healthcare system is at a turning point. Thousands of hospitals — from large multispeciality centres to small nursing homes in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — are still managing patient records on paper, billing manually, and missing PM-JAY claim opportunities worth lakhs of rupees every month.
When the Government of India mandated that all PM-JAY empanelled hospitals must adopt ABDM-compliant HMS software by March 2026, the industry faced a serious gap. Most available software was either too expensive for smaller hospitals, too complex for non-technical staff, or simply not ABDM-certified.
